JOB DESCRIPTION

1-2 years’ experience in the country club or hospitality industry
Ability to work in a high volume production atmosphere
Requires an understanding of federal, state and local food sanitation regulations.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks and a wide degree of creativity is expected.
Self-starter, highly organized and have a passion for learning and teaching
Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works under the direct supervision of the pastry chef.
Responsible for the production and presentation of pastries and other baked goods that you are instructed to complete daily

Daily Tasks to Include:
Special occasion cakes
Buffet Prep
A la Carte Prep
Assembling cakes
Shaped doughs and cookies
Baking cakes, bars, cookies, etc
Fillings, toppings, frostings, icings, and butter creams
Keeping kitchen clean and organized

WE are also looking for deli clerks. you don’t need the experience in the above position but do need some experience with making sandwiches or slicing meats. if you worked in publix or subway this could be perfect for you.
