Seeking a Portfolio LCAM for Boynton to Delray Associations.
Full time position available.
Friendly, outgoing, good organizational, verbal and oral skills. Responsible for daily operation, vendor interaction, board and owner phone calls, emails and on site meetings. Property inspections, daily follow up via email and phone calls, taking of minutes at meetings, delivery and pickup of association records, payments, checks, financials.
Candidate must be reliable and able to work days and evenings.
Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to handle association board meetings at night some nights per month.

Position is open immediately to right candidate.Requirements:

  • Professional image.
  • Excellent management, supervisory and communication skills required to deal effectively with the board and residents.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong organization and administrative abilities.

  • Knowledge of onsite maintenance requirements, including dealing with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the associations in accordance with company policies to enhance the value and quality of the associations.
  • Operate the associations in a cost effective manner to meet goals.
  • Solicit bids for contracts and large improvements, prepare an Excel spreadsheet of results.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss current issues and problems.
  • Read and become knowledgeable with association bylaws, rules and regulations and frequently asked questions.
  • Execute and handle priorities of each association, including positive customer relations and timely resolution of resident problems.
  • Supervise maintenance functions and projects, ensuring safe and timely completion. Ensure that grounds, common area buildings are fully operational, safe, clean and attractive.
  • Visually inspect grounds and common areas.
  • Review monthly financial data in accordance with budgeted guidelines, write monthly narrative report and prepare monthly board packets.
  • Detect and monitor potential liability risks and follow safety procedures. Follow established procedures in handling claims and any onsite employee injuries.
  • Solicit annual renewals of insurance policies.
  • Responsible for after hour emergency calls.
